Lets
hope Khloe Kardashian gets along with Justin Bieber's neighbors better than he
did. The reality star has purchased Bieber's infamous house in Calabasas,
California.
The
29-year-old has snapped up Justin Bieber's
mansion, which is famous not only for being a notorious party pad, but also
because it's in the neighborhood where the “Baby” singer allegedly egged a
home.
It's not difficult to figure out
why the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star - who in January sold
the Tarzan love nest she once shared
with her estranged husband Lamar Odom - chose this area: her neighbor will be sister Kourtney.
Bieber, who has
been living in an Atlanta, Georgia rental - bought the 9,000 square foot
Spanish style mansion that sits on 1.3 acres in 2012 for $6m. TMZ has
reported Khloe paid $7.2m for the dream
property.
The spread features a large
kitchen with an island, a library, a home theater, a swimming pool with a hot
tub and a guest house. There is also a grafittied skateboard ramp on the grounds, but that will most likely be removed.
