A new concept in nail art: Cuticle Tattoos!

So this season, nail art has migrated south to the cuticles.

Cuticle art/tattoo is a trend that began late last year and is quickly gaining momentum as manicure fans discover it.

It's an easy way to accent nail art with easy-to-apply temporary/faux cuticle tattoos. This may sound complicated but it's not. They come in the form of stickers that are applied on the cuticle and easily wash off...without the pain of actual tattoos.

Cuticle tattoos serve a double purpose, adding an extra bit of flair to a manicure while also disguising the often dry and unsightly skin that covers the base of each fingernail. Not only do they go along the cuticle, they can also be applied on the finger nail itself to create an oh-so-cool effect that you can't get anywhere else.

They nail appliques are currently available at Sephora
