A gang of about five scaled a perimeter wall before they attacked and tied the security guards who were on duty on that night, before breaking into the house where Ms Mutoko and her daughter were sleeping.
According to the nairobi Area police chief Mr. Benson Kibue, the gang stole a number of valuables, household items, electronics and an unknown sum of money before escaping to the Gachie area.
