Joshua Werbicki, a 22-year-old Papa John’s delivery driver, was arrested Friday at work and charged with animal cruelty after cops viewed shocking footage of him sexually abusing the German shepherd.
The roommate reportedly grew suspicious and installed a hidden camera after she noticed the “family pet” was limping and had grown fearful of people in the house.
