Ok, so a "designer" Peggy Noland came up with this bright idea of "designing" a dress which boasts a nude black female body photoshopped with the head of our favorite billionaire, Oprah Winfrey.
Not only is this dress offensive–it’s disrespectful to everything Oprah has built and stands for.
